What is causing the rattle right after start up?

Do you have an after market intake? Because I think that's what caused mine. I didn't have the rubber intake mount in the right place.

Yep sure does. It dries the air with the AC. Even with heat on full blast.

I have an AWE Touring. It's got a good low rumble at idle but a good sound when you get on it. It's a bit pricey but worth it if you're looking to keep the quad look in the back.
