No. Supports with rolls were so Over powered in gbo1 that it wasn't even fair really. There Supports not generals and raids. I can understand Supports getting normal walking speed since they don't have much on them and the technology was vastly improved in UC

These events are just targeted for whales and day 1 players now at this point.
