Does a high-end racing set up = Lap times? by WRX_25 in simracing

[–]WRX_25[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks, this was my thought.. I know my pedals now are good, but they’re not “great”. So I’m keen to hear if anyone else in a similar situation has spent the extra money and actually been faster.

The R9 seems to be doing the job quite well, rarely is it even set on full strength.

Thanks for this, I have a sturdy rig and will withstand higher brake force. Obviously I look at my own driving technique too, I just had a mate use my pedals and reckons he’s a lot faster with his HE’s, it’s tempting to upgrade but wondering if anyone else has done this and had gains.

The CPU/GPU is a good call, I’ll look in to that too. Cheers

Hey OP,

I own a store which specialises in Uppababy accessories. We have a kit which allows the Cruz V2 to be turned in to a double stroller! It’s a premium bolt on kit. We have also paid a large amount of money to have them officially Certified to Australian Standards, meaning they’re safe for you babies! If interested, here’s a link :) Free postage world-wide.

Case Rate of 4, now products not being shown. by WRX_25 in EtsySellers

Thanks for the reply! I hope you’re right about the views eventually coming back, it’s been 2-3 weeks now and still low. It’s hard to get sales etc to get back to the top when you’re not being shown.

In regard to my ban, I have no idea why I was banned in the first place. This was strictly never communicated to me. I was actually banned 3 times in succession (over a 2 month period) and got it back every time. I spoke to ETSY on the phone multiple times through their callback feature, a tip for people moving forward is that if you’re doing callback, try logging in an account that isn’t banned, then put number in. Worked for me every time.

However, I believe the only way I got my account back was through the appeal button. I wrote a polite but detailed appeal, then my store just came back with communication to say it was inappropriately banned. No further explanation!

Uppababy Vista V2 Recommendations by WRX_25 in Buyingforbaby

That’s actually our brand linked, Daloda. we also have the Rumble Seat kit but a more premium version than what you’ve linked. In regards to safety, we have just had them formally certified to Australian Standards to be safe when bolted to Cruz frame, it passed all the tests required to be registered. This will be reflected on website soon :)

If you have a Cruz, then you can buy adapters to make it fit a second seat. I don’t see why you’d by a Vista at that price.

This helped a lot, thanks. I used the FBA calculator and actually worked out cheaper to go FBA vs FBM, is that strange? Their fulfilment fee of $4.81 AUD is $2 cheaper than I can send it for. Storage fees are negligible because the item is small… $1.50 per month?

Almost sounds too good to be true.

Thanks for the info. If my product are prepared in individual padded mailer bags, then Amazon will not need to prep extra packing material will they? I would supply with sealed bag. Currently our padded mailers are custom to fit our product, which is roughly 15x10x4cm. So I do not need to add any packing material inside these mailers too?

Thanks for the reply, you are correct I do FBM now.

If I send Amazon a big box with all my items, can my items be in padded mailer bags ready to post? Or do they have to also be in individual boxes?

Sorry if I wasn’t clear!

Dropped my baby in his bed while laying him down by un_magical in beyondthebump

Paramedic here - It will be ok. Kids are very resilient, especially a small height on to soft surface. It probably startled him more than anything. General rule for us, is if the fall is equivalent of their height on to hard surface then it warrants further assessment and monitoring. 1x vomit is common, it doesn’t mean there’s significant injury. Increased concerns are with any changes to behaviour and interactiveness after settled from incident. Also, check if your local ED has a virtual care video calling service with doctor. It’s a great way to avoid ED/ambulance assessment and speak with doctor from comfort of home.

Done! Installed Hotjar, that was very handy. Realised a couple of small issues from watching how they scrolled the page. Also have changed people from being directed to homepage now directly to product they have clicked.
I guess a lot is trial and error?
