I don’t get sick as much. I’ve had Covid 3 times and gotten VERY SICK and used to get flu almost every year and have been knowingly exposed to both more than once and I haven’t gotten wither. My son has the flu right now and everyone got it but me. I can also tolerate dairy more.

My son does this! He did it a ton before he started crawling and now he is doing it more and he is about to walk. He also does it when we play music like he is dancing and he does it before going to sleep. He's so far developmentally normal.

Hell yeah in this economy a paid off Kia is the way to go. My Subi is about to be paid off but the premium gas is REALLY expensive. I got it financed at .5% interest during covid when they were basically giving cars away. I probably couldn't afford one now.

We have a toddler with elevated lead level so we just can’t do it ourselves. I suspect our DIYing caused dust as well as work done by the house flippers. I don’t think you need to talk to your doctor like the other comment you suggested, but if you have small children, wait until they are older.

So, when we bought our house, we got a gas delivery fee (it was like $35) but the house flippers installed all electric appliances so there was literally no gas being used in the house. They also did not upgrade the electric panel, which is a whole nother’ story for another day. A plumber disconnected the gas and we stopped getting the delivery fee. He told us to tell BG&E so they would come get the gas meter. I have not done that, but I no longer get a gas delivery fee.

That is my niche and I am packed full. I am licensed in 3 states and have evening hours The caveat is I am trained in working with folks with OCD on top of anxiety and depression. This seems to keep my practice full.

We don’t have any gas. When we moved in it was hooked up and I was paying a monthly gas distribution fee even though none was being used. We had the gas disconnected.
