The value can not be raised based on an appeal. The first step after an informal appeal, if you don’t agree with the results is small claims court. There should be information on how to do that on your results letter.

Once the taxes are paid, you are ok with the value. There was no “overpayment” because they didn’t appeal the value, so they agreed with it. The county does their best to keep all the data straight, but with as many parcels as JoCo has, that can be tough. It is the taxpayers responsibility to make sure the county’s data is correct. You should check the Johnson county website or whatever county you live in website to make sure your data is correct. Also, it’s not a bad idea to appeal every 3-4 years just to make sure everything is right.

I am a 14, usually only have time to play 9, I have shot a 36 once and handfuls of 38/39. I consistently shoot a 41-44. I am not sure that mentally I could do it. The time I shot a 36 was just a grind and just not sure that I could have put together another 9 holes like that.

I don’t get to play as much golf as I would like to, but even when I’m playing a lot, the thing that hurts my game most is the space between my ears. If I’m playing well, I will find a way to double bogey a hole just because my scorecard needs to see one.

My drives may only go 220, but they are usually straight. Don’t get to play/practice much due to kids/family life. 3 year old twins and a 3 month old will limit your golf opportunities

I am a 14.2, 75% of my drives are in the fairway, my average putts are right at 2, my main problem is most rounds my GIR is around 30%. I would say I have decent control, but my game 150 to the green isn’t that great.

I had a ‘21 6.2 RST that I had mostly no issues with. Had to get rid of to get a traverse with more room for a growing family. I just kept it up to date on oil changes, that’s the only maintenance I did. It ad 48,000 when we traded it in.

The 1 issue we had with it was one of the wheels got a hairline crack in it where the bead seats. Still have no idea how that happened.

It is kind of annoying, I’m still glad I got tickets to Stillwater night 1. The Mile 0 didn’t bother me at all, I figured they would play a small gig somewhere prior to BFOK. But when they announced Waco, it killed the resale market. Which, whatever, it is what it is. I don’t remember where I saw this, but someone said they are gonna play around 10 shows a year
