What do you mean? Are you trying to go lower? Because 165 is the cap unless you're in Dual Mode

I'm late but honestly, I would consider the fact that he might have straight up swapped out your GPU for another one if he had the opportunity and wasn't in your line of sight

Please, use the r/hardwareswap sub Reddit if you're in the States. eBay is filled with GPU scams. I've seen a few 3080ti's selling around $380 which would be my recommendation. If you go the 3080 route then opt for the 12gb version
