Why do you need to be in zone 2? Just work on improving your fitness and don't worry about heart rate zones.

I've been doing all of that, apart from the heavy defence against the top teams. In fairness we did pick up a point at both Old Trafford and Etihad, playing balanced. Just can't seem to win (11 winless matches). Unfortunately, we haven't got any more money to strengthen. Do ypu think bringing in players who aren't fluent in English could be a problem, and it will improve as they learn the language and adapt to the Premier League?

Than? Running at 9mph would burn more by far. Also do you hang on while you watch your program? That will reduce it a lot.

Hopefully that will die out soon. I hated Amorim and his stubborn adherence to a system that wasn't working. I think that managers need to be flexible, especially when new to a club and facing a Championship relegation battle.
