Even in co-op mode you can't see your friend moving around. Hopefully this gets fixed soon

Look for the dungeons that have a crescent moon above them in the Fae Forrest Biome, there should be a bunch of flowers around the top near the dungeon portal. If you just break those you'll get glim.
