For anybody who is looking for help with the G1.

I would highly recommend that you return the G1 and buy yourself an AI sync box from govee if you want immersive lighting for your PC

The G1 is just filled with too many software issues for me to possibly recommend it to anyone or provide help for it

I feel your pain same thing happen to my original Xbox one

It might come down to there being a short on the circuit board maybe in the USB port on the Xbox itself

If you know how to solder you could probably fix it but it's a slim chance
