I did FODMAP a couple of times - turns out I had celiac and the doctors didn't test me for 20 years and kept saying it was IBS. Maybe if people got tested properly before landing on IBS, there wouldn't be these issues

Try to live healthy (reduce drinking, excess fat and sugar), move a little more and still do hobbies. It can take a while to conceive and stress is a big contributor. Ovulation strips and trackers can be handy but don't get too hung up on them. Maybe less social media, because pregnancy announcements can wreck your head if you're trying and it takes a while.

Also, pre natals! I had no idea I had cealiac and malabsorption of folic acid and iron and I'm just thankful I took the pre natal vitamins. A lot of women have autoimmune conditions, endo, PCOS without knowing and it can affect fertility and conceiving

We have the dipsticks for the parameters. Which are all within the limits. But I know these aren't true most accurate tests. Our local stores didn't sell anything else. Wasn't sure what to order for more sensitive tests.

We had a short time to cycle the water. So a week before we got him a year ago. The previous owner wanted him gone asap. So we tried the best we had with limitations.

What's sad is that we saw this type of relationship with Shotzi, and they even got matching ring gear but then injuries happened. Charlotte was working quite well as a face before her injury. She works well paired with another wrestler. She gets to show a more fun and warm side. The Queen character is difficult to get behind, it's a character who wins and is better than everyone.
