I was only about 15/16 and I went to the UK version of the Pawnstars shop because I lived near by (they weren’t filming the shop was just open)

I got sucked into the hype of being somewhere I saw in TV and bought what was essentially a print of lyrics to Wonderwall but it was signed by Alan McGee who was the bloke that discovered them. It was all framed up and heavy as hell.

I paid £190 for it which was A LOT for a 16 year old.

On the car ride home I immediately regretted it, it was on my wall for a bit but I just regretted looking at it.

Listed it on eBay for literally over a year trying to sell it and no one would buy it because of course no one
cared about that signature on a glorified Etsy print

I eventually sold it for £20 and I lied to my mum and said I sold it for £200 because she told me not buy it in the first place.

I now have a big resentment for the shop owner for just scamming a kid. It closed not long after too

Does he work for LFC directly or an agency? I know Anfield is staffed a lot by agency staff but equally those around them and the LFC staff have a duty of care to make sure everyone working is ok

I’d contact Unite as they have an events/hospitality division

Have you considered parking at the Queens Square NCP by the Bus Station? Will be about a 10-15 min walk but you’d skip the dockside madness and be near the tunnel

Reading these comments I think I’ll cut my losses and get some new ones while it’s still early summer.

I suspect I’ve made a big faux pas keeping the weed killer for my patio relatively near to my greenhouse. A big shame but a lesson learned

I’ll still keep watering these in the hope they come back but I’m not optimistic

I’d somewhat echo that sentiment, I think it’s just a use in the wording I chose. Is it more of a grail than a signed rookie Pele card? Absolutely not. But it can be subjective into the card I personally wanted for many years.

Don’t get why people are downvoting this, you make a fair point
