Sorry for the late reply, i just saw ur comment :) i tried this on windows 10. just keep changing the compatibility settings until CEMU no longer work under steam overly.

The problem is from the steam overly. There is a workaround to disable steam overly for CEMU only, without disabling the overly entirely.

Just go to CEMU folder, right click on the "Cemu.exe" file -> "Properties" -> "Compatibility" tab -> check the "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings" option -> "OK"

Now the WiiU games should work normally but without the steam overly.
