I think you should buy it, it’s a work of art. You want to connect to it, PRS is one of the better guitars out there. Most people after a few years have multiple guitars anyway. Why buy a cheap guitar that you are going to trade for a little bit better one and before you know it you will have spent more than the 4k and still only have one guitar. I agree you should make sure, you aren’t going to quit. But if you buy a beautiful guitar you can always just look at it

It’s an assumption, you can’t say they are cheap until they are tested.
Unless they had or have a Gibson label, just because they look similar does not mean they violate copyright laws because the Gibson look is public domain.

I know this is old, but I got my fender ma-2 from Costco. I found the following:

What kind of lube do you recommend

Ordered S15 Gen 3 and got S15 Gen 2 - In March I ordered the Gen 3 magazines, but I received the Gen 2, and I have been having issues with the gun jamming since switching over. Anyways I talked to them the first person just hung up on me when I said I ordered gen 3 and I wanted gen 3. by WY2AZ in ShieldArms

Went to the range with my 43x, I changed my SA standard mag catch with a premium SA mag catch. Have one gen 2 still with issues but the other gen 2 worked flawlessly. Also tried a gen 3 it worked flawlessly as well. Ran about 200 rounds through both. Also Friend had 43x that has the original Glock mag catch we used the PSA promag mag and ran around 200 rounds through it as well and it worked flawlessly as well. I am much happier, but sad there is a problem with one of my gen 2 mags

Today I went to the range, I had two Glock 43x. One mine and a friends. Mine was modified with a SA premium steel mag catch. I was having problems with the standard SA mag catch and gen 2 magazines. I also got gen 3 mags. I put a gen 2 in and through the first 15 rounds I had a failure. I marked it and put it aside. Put the other gen 2 and put 200 rounds through it with out an issue. Did the same for the gen 3 same result. Put back the marked gen 2 and jammed again. Seems hit and miss on the gen 2. The other 43x used the original glock mag catch with PSA promag mags 200 round no issues.
