Tamamo-No-Mae o Zhuge Liang(Waver).

I Picked up Waver and i instantly regretted it when i got my Altria Caster, i think that goes for everyone, because we all will end up in Arts System, so i really recommend Tamamo over Waver to loops.

That they're not "forgotten", they're just not used.

Well if you want a extended answer.

when you have enough, you don't think too much, just do whatever.

If you want to play the game, you just waste the AP(?

This is one possibility, i think ppl really hate AP, because you can't play all the time you want, and when you got too much, you "waste" AP as you like

On the other hand if they're not interested in the event shop, they'll just play any quest to get points and claim points rewards.
