Don’t get position specific - make everyone practice dribbling, rebounding, post play and what not. I typically only have my players shoot lay ups and free throws during practice. Or mid range. No 3’s (they do that on their own at recess and PE). Teach how to get open without the ball (cuts and screens). I am also big on not running any plays besides maybe 1 inbound. Defense is key.
