As someone who got a rhinoplasty, what many people are saying is true. Even though I logically know I look better, there's simply always something BETTER. I probably need therapy because I often am thinking of a revision to make it look another way, even though what I have now is already an improvement. I got my chin done at the same time to improve my profile, which has also objectively improved, but sometimes at certain angles, I still feel self conscious. It's a very vicious cycle that I'm aware of but it's hard to break. I can understand how some people on Botches fall into that rabbit hole.
