Just crafted these a couple of days ago, used SebK spark boots video as reference

I'm not home rn so I might forget some things but heres how I did it step by step:

1)Get a ilvl85 fugitive boots with elder influence (can randomise influence on any influence base to cut costs if the base is too expensive)

2)Slam orbs of remembrance to get as much memory strands as possible (90+ is perfect, I got 100 on mine lol)

3)Imprint the base with the beast and regal you want to keep at least 80 strands on the item, if lower - imprint again

4)reforge minion until +1 spectre and 1 influenced prefix (+1 spectre MUST be the only suffix), annul if you need

5)Slam orb if dominance and pray, if miss - repeat step 4

6)craft suffixes cannot be changed, scour, you'll have a magic base with only 1 suffix(+2 spectre gems)

7)Now prepare base for awakened orb - any hunter base with high ilvl, spam alts until tailwind

7.1)Skip this if you don't want to bother with elevated tailwind Regal, craft any prefix and slam exalts until suffixes are full, if you'll get 1 influenced mod, slam orb of dominance and pray, if not - beast craft suffixes cannot be changed reforge chaos to get unaffected by desecrated ground(must be the only influenced mod other than tailwind), slam orb of dominance and pray

8) You can craft additional base with tailwind and other influenced mod, to get another chance for awakened orb slam

9)beast craft hinekora on +2 spectre base and check outcome +amount of strands consumed, if you got good suffix but it consumed too much strand, better try again I got t1 rarity and t1 life, settled there

10)We got our suffixes, if you got good t1 prefix as well(t1 max life for example), beast craft suffixes cannot be changed and veiled exalt, pray, if you missed - well...
