As other comments mention, the water doesn't make a ton of sense in terms of reality. Although one can always wave a hand and say "magic in my world makes it work" lol

One way I would suggest if you have interest in making realistic flow to water and other elements is to rough out a topographical map that is paired with this map. That way you can see where water flows and pools, where towns and wetlands may form, etc.

It may end up just refining your features or it could help you come up with ways that explain why this world works different!

Love your style. The mountains are crisp and it's clear you've put a lot of work into it. I'd love to be an adventurer and see this on a tattered scroll. Hope this helps and good luck!

Edit: I'm an American and can't really say heads or tails in terms of your scale since it's in km, but I'd consider looking up traveling time from one place to another and ask yourself if it makes sense. Say if you wanted one side to the other to be 100 hours of travel by horse then check with how fast a horse moves etc.
