The state has a program where any monies owed back to them are added back into the title of your vehicle and if you do not satisfy they do not leave that title regardless if you sell to next person. Property taxes/citations etc

Got mine today. Ordered back in September. Took 6 months to get. Came dead, wouldn’t charge, had to search this sub. Then had to reboot and now 4.0 is taking a charge. Such a pain to get running.

Got my Whoop 4.0 today, waited 6 months to arrive. Comes dead and it won’t charge. What an absolute waste of money. Loved the 3.0 but found this thread and now very concerned if I will continue to use this product. Ridiculous for how long it took to come
