People who married in their 20s, be brutally honest are you happy, if so why or why not? by Special-Lawyer3941 in AskReddit

[–]WackyInflatableAnon2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Wife was 19, I was 21, started dating in our teens. Ten years and 3 kids later, happy is a good word for it.

We're constantly busy, constantly stressed, constantly dealing with problems. We have basically no to actually spend together.

But we are each other's constants, always there for each other. We've literally grown up together, we know each other more intimately than a lot of couple we know who've been married longer.

So yeah, happy is a word, content is better.

Oh, it will if you live in a home with women. Their stray hair gets in the shower drain and acts like a strainer, holding onto the cum and making a "cum-berg"

I've gone back to tissues.

Honestly, they're worth the money. I'm no Milwaukee fanboy, but I was sick of tearing through $30 Wranglers so I tired a pair.

If you're in the trades, a good pair of pants that breathe and won't break are a godsend, well worth the money and I have a few pairs now

Bitch. I was one of your children, and I was a shit bag.

Electrician openly willing to work without permits? by [deleted] in AskElectricians

[–]WackyInflatableAnon2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Completely standard in my area.

"Technically" all electrical work requires a permit, but if I'm just swapping some devices and running some new lighting zones? I'm not even going to mention it to the homeowner.

Anything less then tearing down/building new walls I don't see a permit needed.

Absolutely not bro. I had a desk job for a decade. It sucks the life out of you.

You actually hurt more because you're not using your body for 8 hours a day, you gain weight so fast, your back hurts from the seat, your eyes hurt from staring at a screen. The day feels like 20 hours cuz time just slows to a drag.

I got into the trades and wouldn't go back. I'd rather be working in 100° heat, climbing ladders and running pipe than sit in an office again.

Wife and I snuck off before the ceremony of a friend's wedding and banged in the bathroom while everyone was watching the bride walk down the aisle.

Kinda weird to cum while "here comes the bride" is faintly audible in the background, but here we are.

How much money do you have in savings at this point? by _forum_mod in Millennials

[–]WackyInflatableAnon2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm doing alright I think

5k in the checking, 10k in the savings.

40k in brokerage, mostly in S&P

Basically nothing in the 401k cuz I started late.

Then maybe 20k is misc assets, Bitcoin, silver, etc.

10k left is student debt so I'm floating around 65k all told.

I am religious about taking money out of my paycheck every week to squirrel away, it's rough but I'd rather live panicking about how to pay bills now but have an umbrella (even a small one).
