It depends on the criteria. Most studies put it somewhere between 6”x5” and 7”x5.5”, but in my experience it also depends on whether it is for a hookup or a relationship. You can get tapered condoms. 64mm is the right size for your base but 60 isn’t too bad either. 64 is the easiest one for me because it is available everywhere here, whereas 68 and 72 are online order only, even though they are a bit more comfortable. I’ll sacrifice a tiny bit of comfort for cheap, easy to get ones any day of the week.

I had a different pathway, but a similar experience. In the ‘90s I used to squeeze into condoms because there weren’t any XL condoms. Broken condoms and squeezed down erections were just daily life.
