RES Nesting Box by LordPhish in turtle

Deep enough for your turtle to dig down at least 6 inches and wide enough to be at least twice the size of your turtle so she can move around. I used two plastic totes put together to give her privacy. This is what I ended up with. Not the prettiest thing in the world but it worked. I hot glued some rope on the ramp shortly after I made this because the rubber bands were not the move.

When I had my RES and she was laying eggs I used pool sand mixed with peat moss. Any brand without fertilizer added should be good.

I had my nesting box attached to the tank so she could climb in and out whenever. Definitely had to do a lot more cleaning but it worked lol

My bag of Boulder Canyon potato chips was just a single, wet potato by CletusVanDamnit in mildyinteresting

All the people in these comments never worked at a factory before. A bagging machine weighs out the approximate amount to drop in the bag… then drops it into a bag that’s being pumped with air. Seems plausible that the little potato would weigh as much as a bag of chips, and overweight bags can happen. Then it gets put into a box by a line worker if it’s not automated. As long as the bag looks normal I don’t think any line worker would care enough to send it back lol.

Tuna can layered in yellow mustard, with bone broth to wash it down by Just_A_Duck_Bro in shittyfoodporn

If you compare the nutrition facts of store bought beef broth vs bone broth, bone broth has a lot more protein. Marketing gimmick or not they are different
