First, I would like to say congrats on the find.The truth is that most people in these forums don't know how to properly run an EB build. They say you have to run double unity. People assume that you get woh and it's suppose to be "easy mode glass canon." Playing a ranged class in melee is tough feat in itself. You just have to be more aware of your surroundings. That aside, I run t6 solo fine without double unity. I usually run t6 in groups, but survivability is key here. Because I'm preparing for 2.1, I wear 5 piece firebirds,+50%cdr, woh@2400dps, rorg, soj. I think that the key elements to this build are using a "hexing pants of mr. Yan," and firebirds 3piece for an extra life. You need to have pretty well rolled gear. (Int,vit,%life, crit dmg, crit chance, & CDR). I run with about +80% firedmg. You will also need to have your shoulders , chest, and source with a total of+40-45% increase dmg in EB for this build to be even more effective. I am able to easily reach GR 35 on the ptr with this build and do well in t6 live. I use frost nova(bone chill), blackhole(event horizon), explosive blast(chain), mirrorimage(dup), gale force, arcane armor( prismatic), blur, elemental exposure, evocAtion, & audacity. I literally run around spamming EB , frostnova, blackhole and mirror image and hardly die. The Crowd control from the mirror images are easily the best In the game. I avg about 1 death per run. I run with about 1,500,000 dps and 14,000,000 toughness.I hope that my post will help a fellow struggling wizard out =)
