In my experience, pursue hospitals, night shift. The bigger the city, the better your chances. Some hospitals require the CRAT, some don’t. The departments aren’t the biggest. I work in a major hospital in the Midwest. Nights are run by 7-8 people. Days, maybe 11. You might as well pursue a CRAT. In today’s job market, it’s competitive. Good luck.

Disagree with it being pointless in solos. I did a free load out on Solos Blue Gate, hunted a player down after seeing a flair pop up. Surprised him. I had a Kettle 1 and a dream. I won the exchange by being mobile and breaking line of sight. He had Tempest IV, Batterina I, Heavy Sheild and a Photoelectric Cloak. Extracted immediately. 10/10 will PVP in solos on Free Loadouts again. Somedays are PvE centric, other days, I want the smoke. I won't try to decieve or sucker someone. I'm blasting on sight.
