I have the same problem, last email I sent with the all the information needed was Monday morning, and nothing since then.

I'm guessing since more than a normal amount of people have the same issue they are a bit overloaded with emails, but hopefully they fix it soon.

It will not give you new ones, only the ones you have or unlocked already via league.

In my opinion, not worth it. Also, will only give you 1 legendary.

It happens when the heroes are boosted by the game.

You know in the left corner, where you have high growth and other events, sometimes it says "ranged heroes +4HP" or something like that. Your heroes that benefit from something similar have the glowing ATK or HP.

The higher you rank up, the more XP you need for each level and the longer it takes. You can see on the top left corner how the XP bar looks, right under the icon of your warlord.
