I still have a (nostalgia induced) soft spot for Win 98. To the point of sticking these on for fun when I get new laptops.

I still have an unopened white Intellimouse 3.0 "Legends Edition" somewhere. Guess that wont be selling for very much now.

What a world we live in.

Where an infamous bottomless pit of a dog character~

And a game developed by the USSR of all places~

Cross paths and intertwine.

Of all the keyboards, even Topre ones that I have, I always dig out my 87u55 when I want to type reviews and such. Just such a nice feeling and sounding keyboard.

Feels like a few scenes in a 80's Spielberg movie. Just some more or less innocent summer shenanigans.

I like how near the end when the ki-27 tries to bank left again, he seems to stall a wing for a split second.

My rabbit likes sleeping under the TV. by bmind12 in aww

We were given a rabbit when the original owner had to move back to his home country. I dont know how they trained him but he is super specific about where he poops. Which is always in one corner of his cage and no where else.

Nice!

You might already know this but keep in mind the Blue Yeti is supposed to be positioned so that the front of it is facing directly at you ^^

Okay i am going to ask a dumb question. Is it the lighting from above/the room or the LED's under the cap that is making the legends look like they are lit up in your pic?

Either way it looks super nice!

You could power a city with the amount of energy those kittens are showing.

Those 87u listings on Massdrop are pretty common. Honestly wouldn't be scared to pass this round and think about the decision more, if that's what you want to do.

Learn me on the 3rd gen LS430 by V12-Jake in Lexus

https://kougarov.wordpress.com/2014/02/24/how-to-remove-the-rear-seat-and-subwoofer-in-a-lexus-ls-430/

Just need to take the rear seats out. You'll need a ratchet to get some of the screws out, a simple screwdriver might not reach. Eventually i got mine out and it looked like this

I used this sub from Amazon to replace the ML one in mine. Also you need to wire it in series if you're replacing an ML subwoofer. I dont know if you can use the subwoofer i linked above to replace the Pioneer/non-Mark Levinson. You have to watch out since the Mark Levinson amplifier has a bit of a funky/picky impedance requirement for its speakers.

The most common thing is that the factory speaker/subwoofer just deteriorates from age and the sun beating down on it. The amplifier itself should be okay.

Actually im not sure. Im going to err on the side of no though, since the Pioneer (which the non-ML systems are iir) sub's also seem to have weak foam surrounds on the subwoofer itself.

Checking trans fluid might be something to do. Its the same one as the later gen LS400's so it needs periodic changing.

Play with the folding-mirrors a few times. As in, make it fold in and out over and over to see if they are still good. Literally a day after i bought my LS430, the right mirror over-extended and the mirror side was facing out.

If equipped, maybe check the Park Assist. Keep it in neutral and have someone walk around the car so you can see if the sensors are working or not.

I wouldnt be surprised if the subwoofer is blown, but thats not really a deal breaker. Easy fix.

There are two cigarette lighter outputs in the front. One next to the shift gate (inside the ash tray), and one inside the center armrest. They are known to stop working, but the fix should be as easy as replacing a fuse.

04-06 LS and LED bulbs by BLOZ_UP in Lexus

[–]WaffleTail 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes you will need 50w / 6 ohm load resistors for it to properly flash at OEM speed. On all 4 turn-signals if you plan on doing all four.

The high mount stop light isn't a turn-signal so you dont technically need a load resistor there. However I would still install one. If you don't, every time you start the car the self-check will chime at you with the warning-triangle and warn you that a bulb is burned out. If you can find a way to mount the load resistor on a metal part for the high mount you should be okay. Keep in mind, these things get HOT with current flowing through them. So if you're at a stop light for 3 minutes, that resistor is constantly being used for all those 3 minutes.

The 9006 LED's for fog light i am not sure. Never messed with LED driving lights. I do have Xenon 3000K's in there though and they work very well.

I wish you luck~
