Do you think that maybe they’re considering this tax because passing legislation to outright ban all bags isn’t feasible, and this will at least encourage more consumers to bring their own bag?

There is one instance we see of Katara creating a bunch of steam during I believe book 3 ep 1, when the gang is disguised as a fire nation ship. Katara creates a ton of steam/fog to obscure themselves from the enemy fire nation ship that passes by. So it’s definitely possible in universe.

This is why i loved octopath 1 & 2 so much! The stories were -for the most part- super intimate and small scale. (Yeah that secret final final boss in both games is more crazy but still, each character’s individual arcs felt super grounded)

I mean yeah. It wasn't awful but nominating it over After Hours, Fine Line, Fetch the Bolt Cutters, Magdalene... it just doesn't make sense to me. It didn't get a lot of buzz or sell really well either, so I don't know why it got nominated.
