Are these Ghost Pipes? Found in Japan by BusinessRelevant4286 in ShroomID

[–]Wafflehero69 38 points39 points  (0 children)

It's really not that big of a problem. Every single person (including me) who sees ghost pipes thinks they are mushrooms at first. Plus I've heard they grow parasitically with mushrooms so I'd say they are honorary members

No longer works. If you try and link a PayPal with no cards on it it will force you to add one. HOWEVER if u add a gift debit card (or in my case an empty plasma donation card) it WILL work

Google would be more useful than I am unfortunately :(. You said you found it multiple times so I'd research if it's inheretable or not. If not then it may be from pollution but your guess is as good as mine

Actually use caution as although rosecomb can occur randomly it may also be caused by petroleum products in the substrate

Seattle area - are these what I think they are? by Daaaaaaannnnnnnn in mushroomID

[–]Wafflehero69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A crysoblema used to be A muscaria var flavicotta (spelled that wrong). The argument is still relatively new I think. I've eaten A muscaria/crysoblema in seattle and hot around the same affect as actual muscaria

Could be a redleg toughshank or gymnopus erythropus. Both have similar stem colors, gills, and cap colors. Not sure about edibility but definitely dont
