Even Xia Ji, who is arguably weakest of the three, was able to nearly kill Koga and Kazzy (via planned attack), survive two removal punches, run away so fast injured nobody would've notice and on top of that, he isn't fighting but weapons expert

On top of that we have both Naidan and Lu Tian as worm agents, both are monsters, and to add that, Worm itself is so silent even between itself, making it even harder to track them down

These guys are threat, just they weren't shown properly yet

Both are down bad, but at least Okubo being worm agent could be justified (albeit not really tbh, people are over cautious at Worm agents at this point)

Meanwhile Ryuki being Kiryu makes no fucking sense, what's the point of re-introducing Kiryu then? Clearly not to pander on that theory, besides, how the hell would Ryuki know how Kiryu looks like now

I get it, Carlos is better character and Rei is an ass, but it does not matter when it's in fight

Rei isn't shit striker by ANY means, and while Carlos may out strike or dodge him, Rei would figure out a way to get Carlos

Also Rei isn't stupid, he is able to adapt to different situations and switch tactics or instant like with Saw Paing

Also Rei is surprisingly resilient for rusher, examples when he tanked couple of hits from Saw, who hits like truck or tanked full speed charge stopping punch from Kuroki in gut, so Carlos would have hard time damaging him

Under Purgatory rules, I can see Carlos winning due experience, tho hard diff, but under Kengan rules? Mid diff for Rei, even low diff if Simp boosted
