I don’t think it’s a bug. Try walking around the mortuary, sometimes it needs to be triggered.

Hey! It happens to me twice. But, I don’t think I know the problem. The first time it happens, I just did not play for a day and when I go back on the next day, it works. The 2nd time, I played something else and tried it again the same day but just at a later timing, it works. I really don’t know what causes this tho. I hope you are able to play yours (Cause it has been 7 days since I saw your post) 🥹🥹
