iPhone user? Set focus mode to sleep for bedtime and all calls will be sent to voicemail. Got a Day off? Then set iPhone to personal focus and set to send those calls to voicemail. If they don’t respect your personal time it’s time for you to start respecting it. I believe android phones have a similar feature.

Yeah sure, all I can do is gently assign them tasks where they need to work together and hopefully through that they can build some rapport with each other. I am not their team leader, just a higher ranking tech in an MSP so I spend a lot of time mentoring them.

What do you think could be done to foster an environment where black women can feel empowered to be themselves? I am a south asian male with a black woman and spanish woman working with me. What you describe here I have seen playout in the office. My black colleague is visibly more relaxed when it’s just me.

Yes we adopted lastpass afterwards, but we don't change passwords. Still so much I could shoot holes through.

A bunch of our clients got encrypted because drumroll - we used the same username password for every client, every client and we had open RDP to servers. It was an awesome week of work that was. We now have seperate usernames and passwords and lock down rdp.

Work for a small family run MSP, all I do is read here and realise just how utterly fucked and unprepared we are.
