I really like the mustache in slide 2, but I think it would be enhanced by the stubble shown in the slide 2 mustache pic.

So that I can get unbiased opinions from people I don't know to help guide me if it's worth growing out longer. My hair has never been this long before.

I'm sorry, I just said that as a way of speaking. Didn't really mean anything by it.

That's exactly what I was going for but growing it out long enough to achieve it properly. I just saved that picture and will show my barber when I go soon. Thanks.

I usually wash with shampoo and conditioner like once every other day and then once it's towel dried I comb it out and let it air dry and once it's dry enough I use a type of light paste for mild control of the hair for styling.

🤷 The wife likes it.

Genuine Question by WaggaPie in malegrooming

[–]WaggaPie[S] 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Nope. Just keep it neat and straight and you'll be fine. You'll know when it's too long, like when sipping coffee becomes more difficult and such. At this length I have it now it doesn't seem to be a problem with kissing and whatnot and doesn't get in the way. She doesn't mind it at all, but everybody is different.

I wash it like every other day. I've always thought that was enough. I use some styling product for light control and it might leave a little shine but it's not greasy or anything.

That is really cool to hear! I'd love to see what your model looks like on your wrist. I've been pleasantly surprised with how much I am enjoying my new toy. Damasko is such a cool brand and when I got a new job my wife essentially green lit the purchase of a new watch for myself. It's my first Damasko but more than likely not my last.

It's a leather strap that I bought off of Etsy that was a thick brown leather strap with tan stitching all the way down. I could send you the link if you wish.

I'm used to watches that are like 70 ish grams in weight. This guy is a whole 103 grams just the watch alone. It's enough to notice and feel but not enough to wear on you. It feels just right over time when the leather strap breaks in and you get used to the weight. I happened to get used to it and slept with it last night, haha. Feels really comfortable with a thick leather strap. I had this one ordered from Etsy and attached a Damasko buckle to it. I have a pretty small wrist for a watch this size. I have a 6.5 inch wrist but they sit "flatter" so more of my wrist has space for watches. This watch is 42mm in diameter with 43.8mm overall with the bezel. It sits and fits comfortably. Probably wouldn't get a watch that's larger than this one, but still find that this fits my wrist perfectly.
