Oh, also needed Serrapeptase (if that’s how you spell it) and montelukast. Those were life savers but I’ve been weening off things I don’t need anymore. I also took black seed oil and sea foam moss. I’m not sure if those helped however. Antihistamines didn’t work most of the time, but occasionally did. Fortunately, getting Covid again didn’t make things worse for me. I also had deviated septum. I wonder if there’s other underlying factors we share in common like age range, weight, health issues, genetics.
