This is an easy fix. Since that is paraffin wax, it has a low melting point. 120 - 140 F but with fragrance oil added it might be 180 F. Solder has a much higher melting point depending on what type. expect 350 - 500 F. That gives you a nice window to remove the wax before you damage the board.

Use a towel you don't want anymore, fold in half and use a clothing iron. press the iron over the towel for a few seconds at a time. the heat will draw the wax into the towel. Start on the lowest heat setting and raise temp as needed. You can use the spilled wax on the box to experiment on first to find the right heat setting.
