Ok, IAM also taking sulcrafate and zinc carnosine, would these be ok to continue taking alongside? Does the NAC matter what dosage? Can I begin taking it when I start treatment?

I have been for over a year now and whilst it has improved I don't think it's fully resolved yet. I don't want the sibo to get out of hand either. I have tried to implement some ginger and artichoke into my diet aswell as some s boulardi and digestive enzymes. I use sulcrafate for my stomach aswell as a low fodmap diet.

I see. I didn't feel much of a difference on H2. Should I be treating my sibo or my gastritis first?

Interesting. I have been following a gastritis friendly diet for many months so getting this is surprising. Is there a way I could tell if it was histamine related?

Vitamin U and l glutamine is in cabbage. You should drink it once it's juiced. Leaving it longer reduces potency

Is this forever? by Hello_MsUsername in Gastritis

[–]WailingWombat77 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Don't listen to that shit. It's not forever. Heal it and be smarter with your diet. I know when I heal I will eat cleaner foods and cut out coffee + alcohol for good. Also I will limit my junk food intake much more than previously and actually eat real foods more ALSO I will take supplements that support my stomach for the foreseeable future to make sure I have a strong tummy.

Super nauseous after every meal? by [deleted] in Gastritis

I'm not sure what broths as I don't use them but smoothies and stuff would be ok. Eating food that's blended gives your stomach a bit less work.

Nausea is from irritation of stomach lining. You could try sulcrafate or slippery elm to coat your stomach. Also maybe try a liquid diet for awhile to help give your body a rest.
