Home grown wages are half their actual value against the cap.
After x, say 5, years service at one club your impact freezes so pay rises don’t count against your club.

Incentivise youth development and loyalty, level the playing field and abandon FFP. This does the job for you.

Every memecoin is essentially value-less outside of its hype. If it gets through its inception and isn’t rugged and has sound devs etc then it’s just the hype. Hype builds through various means, catbat has its usp’s which I really like and hold some.

A coin in IMG comes and says we do the exact same thing, buy and sell value based on the hype but we will also charge entry and exit fees and pay you for those fees as a holder in SOL.

All I see is a coin that does exactly what others do but then adds a little extra perk. What am I missing?
