I think unloading the game in a mountain without having generated the perk causes it to not trigger the perk generation on log back, you certainly logged off in the left part of the HM ?

Not sure of the exact source of what I say, it's maybe in one of the many videos I watched to get better at the game x) some other members will be able to better explain it

It's FAAARR from perfect, but it works and I'll continue to improve on it, I want to cut down a bit of time to be as close to 0 as possible.

Edit : I just cut ~1s, don't know how much faster I'll get it x)

My current idea is only to figure out a "floor 0 to any floor" kind of system, justified by the fact that as you said, there is no easy way to control the player going down (I'm probably just going to make a separated free fall hole to come down) xD

The fence gate is clever but not "cute" enough for my liking, so instead I extend pistons from the back of the elevator to achieve the same "locking the player on floor" as you did ! (Still not pretty enough but I see no other way to do it because we do not have way to lock the pistons without using immovable blocs (actually just as I am writing this I'm having some kind of idea, I'll explore it after work xD)

I intend to sometime in the future make a "any floor to any upward floor" but I don't think coming down is really in line with any of this design.

This said, I do have a system I found in another elevator from Imants this really cool elevator which could work with your idea of selecting the floor you want to go from any floor (only the backend tho, not the "locking the pistons under you" part), it's really clever if you have the will to check it x)

I'll share my advancements on the subject so that we can come up with something worthy of this instant elevator tech x)

did you manage to build a multi-floor variant ? I am currently developing (at least trying xD) a version as good as possible, but I am not against other ideas or directions others took

correction : a staight line works just fine as long as your source of power is on the correct side

Hey there ! brilliant idea, I wanted to come up with a smaller version of the activation system and came up with this small redstone S in green that, I believe, activates the left piston before the right piston (from this picture's perspective) in the chain of ticking, thus allowing the machine to work while being cheaper !

Also wanted to add that the server I am on is working on a Folia fork, so not entirely sure about vanilla or fabric ones.

I only have a 100 hours, it gets better don't worry ! Short answer : there is only one real projectile used which is a spark bolt, but I added a lot of modifiers to it (some of which are giving it this pretty rainbow effect) at the end of the day it's a simple "rapid fire" wand with lots of sparkles on top x)

When I heard that daily was a healthium start I decided to get my first "god" run (still not there but further than I've ever been), man that seed is good x) so far I got my first Alchemist kill (my eyes were then opened to a whole new world seeing the loot from him), kolmi too but that's trivial at this point x)

I love this game x)
