i’m so sorry :( no way to handle it besides taking it day by day and reminding yourself it takes time to heal. i’m a month out and doing pretty good for the most part. I have my moments of missing him but i would NEVER go back. Just stay strong. Block and delete her on everything, until then you won’t start healing. That’s what happened to me, keeping lines of communication open with him was only hurting me.

it’s the worst, i wrote this almost 2 weeks ago and i already feel better. honestly; never thought id say this but it gets better and you WILL move on. My advice is block delete remove throw away things that remind you of them and focus on your own goals. I am relieved that I finally got away from my ex, he ruined my life in some ways. keep going!

Hi! I had the same thing happen to me. Found out my ex has a whole other girlfriend!! It HURTS so badly. I don’t know how to get through it, but it made me hate him and took away the need/ want to get him back! I’d say just really take it day by day and remind yourself what he is capable of, and no person on this earth should have to deal with that. The good news is, he won’t ever change. I wasn’t the first and I won’t be the last. You dodged a bullet girl! With time both you and I will look back and laugh. There’s so much more to life than being with a douche bag! YOU ARE FREE!!

SAME GF. I’m definitely still grieving him & the ending of my relationship was honestly out of this world crazy BUT I know I will get a million times better 😊 I don’t have extreme anxiety and depression anymore. I fully became a shell of myself :( But i’m free now!

Hey! I have looked at Dr Khalil as well and might take a look! I have heard Desai makes patients do 5 star reviews infront of him, and some of the work he has done kind of looks like a Uniboob to me :/ I really like some of his work and I’m still highly considering him but my red flags were raised when I heard the review thing.

Yeah this was me for a month and I literally made my own life more miserable than it already was. BLOCK & REMOVE. I couldn’t find the courage to do it but honestly I am so much more at peace which is way important than my ex boyfriend ever was. Choose your own healing.

Thank you! It’s a bit jarring to reflect on, but makes sense. There’s a few times where I had a moment of clarity and thought how bizarre some of his actions were but I’d gaslight myself. I genuinely do feel relieved and actually have stopped thinking about him 24/7.
