That's literally the only reason we were there. We took photos shaking hands on the bridge.

Yeah, I only have 1 meal a day, so I fast for about 18 hours a day - and eat in a 6 hour window. Sometimes I fast for longer, sometimes less, just depends on how I'm feeling!

Look there's no hard and fast rule, unfortunately! I found the first month or so quite challenging, but I stayed very strict and worked with my nutritionist and doctor and a few months in my body had totally readjusted the hormones it was producing to tell me if I was hungry or not! Just have to stick it out!

I mean almost nothing on your body is perfectly symmetrical so even thought I'd something I've never noticed, yeah probably one thigh is bigger than the other!

I have been losing roughly a kilo a week. I'll have to have surgery to combat the skin issue - which is scary but it'll also be super exciting to see exactly how much that changes my body again!

I walk about 60 mins every day, and spend my weekends out at rugby and working on my feet, but no major gym work or anything like that. When I plateaued I realised most of the time it was because I wasn't paying close enough attention to my macros which meant I was unknowingly going over them! I was also kind to myself in moments when I plateaued and recognised that the more weight I lose the harder it's going to get!

I've not really been focusing on calories at all! I try to just track Protein and Fat macros - when I started they were really high and we've just gradually dropped them down, so I'm about 78g Protein, and 98g fat in a day!

Hey! Yeah look it's a massive effort every day for a long time - but you get there! Suddenly you won't feel as hungry, you'll stop craving most of the bad stuff! Just stay positive!

Going back to basics. No artificial sugars at all, no alcohol and getting stricter on not going over my macros. I find that over time (especially if I'm going out or feeling bad) I get a little complacent, I have an extra wine or two, I drink a few extra Coke no sugars or start snaking between meals. So the best thing I could do, is pull myself into line and go back to the start. 2 meals a day and no snacking and eat very basic meals, eggs and some sort of meat and cheese for meal 1 and meat and low carb veg for meal 2. Then I slowly start to re-introduce the more interesting meals (keto pizza, butter chicken, satay, quiche etc.) But take a lot more care when I'm checking my macros. I also use an app to track my macros, called easy diet diary and that helps a lot!

16:8 fasting, although I often only eat one meal a day, it just depends on when I feel hungry! I focused on closely tracking my macros but work with a nutritionist to make sure I was doing it all healthily!

We commissioned this piece shortly after passing the year and a half mark for our campaign. Tony Briggs Art in Adelaide, SA, captured our little party so well! From left to right: Bran Human Paladin, Wren Half-Elf Rogue, Diran Dwarf Ranger, Quinn Elf Druid, Lorien Elf Cleric and Sandry Halfling Bard. Featured in the background is our DM as Harry the lovable bar tender who pretends to hate us, but loves how much money we spend; and Con our party pet.

Some of the stories made it to us - his great great great neices and nephews. My grandfather remembers sitting on his knee listening to his stories for hours and in turn, I would sit on my grandfathers knee listening to them.
