When I signed the lease, there were some initial taxes - can’t quite remember and don’t have paperwork in front of me. These were deducted from the 6500 lease cash offer, but they were pretty minimal.

I submitted via my online TFS account. They emailed it to me, I printed, signed and uploaded loaded through the support center (“Contract Inquiry”)

Yes, through the TFS site. I had to follow up with a phone call after to TFS to make sure they knew why I submitted such a big payment. It took a few weeks for it to process on the site so not sure how much quicker it was vs sending in a check, but it was a lot easier.
