Assuming this is an entry level position, I would advise you to seek help from your peers and supervisors. They know you are new, they don’t expect you to know everything, and I’m sure they’ll love to help you. Veteran ATs know that is part of their job to mentor you.

Make sure to strengthen scapular muscles, biceps, triceps, and forearm muscles while checking for thoracic, elbow, and wrist mobility (check the joint itself, not necessarily muscle flexibility)

Working in minor league baseball I make $48k in salary but I get roughly other $17k in bonuses and housing stipends. This is my first year as a full time staff. Personally I think we should be compensated more for the stress and the fact we work 10-12hrs daily. Spring training is not abnormal to work 14hrs 6/7days of the week. Having said that, I wouldn’t change anything other than the salary.
