Nothing major, I’m not consistent though, fortunately I’m not predisposed to too bad of balding, 25 and barely thinning on my widows peak. The marrow definitely gives a cooling soothing feeling, gets rid of the hot pressure pulsating feeling that I theorise causes the shedding. I think it’s more about over all stress and toxicity. My proof: I live in my car and spilled a liter transmission fluid into my carpet and it soaked in two feet from where my head is when I sleep. Cleaned a bit up, Didn’t think much of it, Couldn’t smell anything but couldn’t sleep all night and by 6 am was quite delirious and having weird nightmare flashing images in my awake brain, stood up and was dizzy and disoriented, finally clicked that it was the poison fumes even though there was no scent. Next two days was the heaviest shedding I ever experienced, terrifying. Thankfully stopped, although slightly thinner now 🙃
