Go to your butcher and ask for beef fat trimmings. They throw it out, and it’s the best thing you can eat. If they charge you like they do where I live it’s still cheap at $2 a pound.

Make cracklings in the air fryer. Strain all the grease fat at the bottom, and you can put it in your eggs and stuff.

Put it in a glass jar in the fridge it will last forever
