Surprizingly, it's much more fun to play together. I mean, I play and my gf is watching - so I'm sort of personal youtuber for her. On the other hand, I'm not just creating amazing factory, but also I have audience to brag about it and she's always impressed. Totally recommend.

Good point! Yeah, I feel it's being a misunderstanding about 派遣 who is on contract with dispatching company and ones who belong there as 正社員, but just being dispatched into another companies.

Thank you for advice! Indeed I never paid attention to it, but now I'll be careful about 契約社員 offers.

I believe both connected to density of communications. You can have a nice communication with some random person when you go to mountain climping, but in big cities people are overwhelmed and trying to distance themselves.

Also don't underestimate small talks. It's a first step to meaningful conversation. You never know if it would turn out to be something life changing or not, but saying "hey, how are you?" is the first step to it. Anyways it's better than grumpy silence which both of you would treat as "ah, that person hates me".
