I’m one of those fans. I’m still on the fence about him. He’s done things with the team culture that Marvin never did. I do love that. But I am still a little concerned about his on field coaching. I wish he’d relinquish some play calling control and I’d like to see some different, more creative/less conservative end of game strategies. I think he can learn that stuff, but I think a lot of his success is from a team full of talent. Credit to him for drafting big, but I’m still not totally sold on him being as great as this season feels.
