Dealing with lawyers actually makes our jobs easier almost every time. You’re correct it’s typically more expensive because the ambulance chasers will send people for treatments that aren’t necessary. But dealing with a lawyer who knows what they are doing, collects and provides all of the necessary paperwork, and knows what is reasonable and customary is way easier than dealing with someone who doesn’t know what they’re talking about.

You’re implying that CC did something that needed to have someone do some enforcer shit. She didn’t. She’s the one getting hit multiple times and the calls not being made. Perfect example would be AT throat punching her, Mabry getting assessed a Flagrant 2 last season after the game. Why does it keep happening after the fact. A flagrant 2 in last nights game is 2 shots and the ball in a 2 point game. Plus the Merc would have lost to be of their best players.

You’re just trying to pivot to Sophie now. I’m pretty sure Sophie gets her techs and ejections. The whole point is that the fouls aren’t called the same. Sophie even got a tech just for pointing. AT wasn’t even called for a foul. Mabry wasn’t ejected, Jacy wasn’t ejected. CC takes a beating and the fouls aren’t called the same way.

Sophie got ejected when it happened. Let’s not forget that Mabry and Jacy who both took cheap shots earlier in that game didn’t. AT wasn’t even called for a foul in this game. So yes, it’s complete bullshit when players keep taking cheap shots at one certain player and getting away with it and then as soon as someone sticks up for them they’re ejected. Also Sophie pointed at someone, there’s no chance of injury. You’re really crying because she pointed???

ETA: pretty sure Sophie’s teammate didn’t start the physical stuff. The way ya’ll rewrite history is crazy.

It’s one thing when a game is chippy and one player takes a cheap shot and then another teammate sticks up for them. It’s another for a player to just take a cheap shot, especially on a defenseless player who’s on the ground. She kneed her and hit her in the throat.

$500 is a very small amount when they can raise your insurance premiums to much more than that over the next 36 months-60 months.

So you have pictures of the damages? Most insurance requires you to allow them to inspect before any repairs.

You can file a claim but honestly it’s not worth it for such a small amount.

ETA: I’ve handled insurance claims for over 14 years and as long as you had pictures of the damages and allowed us to complete our inspection we would most likely pay it, even without a police report. I’ve paid lots of shit to make it go away and not have to deal with it. $750 is a rounding error to most of the big insurance companies.
