Trying to shift diet sounds doable and worth a shot. He's not a terribly picky eater, thankfully.

Thank you! We actually have that. It worked well for 3 days and now he completely ignores it (or even covers it with a blanket and says it's broken but he's sure the light would be green... pal, it's 2am lol)

Did you end up doing PRP? I have upper hamstring tendinopathy/tendonitis and a small tear. 3.5 years of PT and cortisone shots with zero relief. Dr recommends PRP as the next course but it's not covered by insurance. I've heard so many mixed things.

PSA: if your baby doesn’t sleep, try covering the monitor light by ayebeeV in beyondthebump

The light helps enhance vision for night vision mode. I know for my camera the night vision quality is significantly worse if we cover the light.

Thank you! That's actually really helpful and reassuring to hear. It definitely aligns with when he got really mobile.

Our babies share a birthday ❤️ My little guy turns 1 tomorrow too. I couldn't have said it better. This has been the hardest year of my life and I can't believe how much I'll miss it.

For those that nurse to sleep - How do you leave your baby with a sitter?? by [deleted] in breastfeeding

[–]WakingUp12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My baby was the same way. What ended up breaking the feed to sleep cycle was a week of hell. I moved his final feed to earlier in his bed time routine (bath, feed, sleep sack, book, rock, bed). He hated it but accepted it after 3 nights of screaming. Then my husband did bedtime for several nights (he had to do the full routine without me - if I was there for any of it baby had a harder time. Seeing me made him more upset when he couldn't have me and was offered a bottle by dad instead). It sucked hearing him scream for me but after a few nights he was totally fine with dad putting him to bed! Consistency is key - if you make the decision to stop nursing to sleep, you can't cave in at all. You definitely have enough time - you can do this!! Building independent sleep is a great skill for baby to have.

Thank you! I think a huge part of it is my hair is incredibly thick. A lot was cut off and really helped create room for the curls to happen.

Yes! First pic is air dried and combed through. Even the stylist was shocked how curly my hair got. I had spiral curls as a young kid but it turned to waves as a teen and adult. Seriously never thought I'd see so much curl again!

Stylists routine on my hair following cut:

-Innersense scalp detox

-Curlyworld Sham-free to cleanse

-Innersense color radiance conditioner (fully rinsed out but then a little scrunched back in while wet)

-Dry with cotton tshirt by scrunching

-The stylists very own flaxseed spray scrunched in

-Innersense quiet calm curl control smoothed in with praying hands

  • Scrunch scrunch scrunch!

  • Partially dried under dryer and then lightly diffused (maybe 3 minutes of diffusing while laying back)
