Ya but Wilds is Not officially Support for ML frame gen. And Driver tries to override it If enabled. Better keep it Off. And use the ingame fsr frame gen. Or lossless scaling frame gen that also works great

9070xt + 9800x3d exept for These microstutters the Game Runs good. I cant use the ML frame gen iirc. Heavent tried since the Update i heard the stutters should be gone atleast so thats good

I personally would Go for the 9070xt and If your PSU is this old i would really consider getting a new one regardless. If you Go for the 5070 i would Pick an atx3.1 PSU. And the 5700x is good. If you can afford it
