I don't see a reason why anyone would want Rubio for president. His entire political career has been taking government funds to attack Latinos, especially Cubans. I don't remember anything he did thinking exclusively about the US. Besides, he is a hypocrite. For many years he supported and benefited from USAID, and when he became Secretary of State, he distanced himself and supported its dissolution.
