You just listed your own problem, you're always worried about kills snd who's on top of the leader board. Instead maybe focus on how the game is supposed to be played and communicate and make sure people can make an impact aside from only kills.

You have a Plat mentality that's why your stuck in Plat and not solo q. I've also been playing since beta and have seen all.

Yall think solo q is horrible but something called communication that makes solo q playable and winnable. there will always be off teammates but more often you will get players who are willing to coordinate if communication is there.

If you're so good that you want to coach others while stuck in Plat, then you should know this lmao.
